Non-AICPA Member, CPA Credential: If you are not yet a member of the AICPA, you can join the AICPA and the IT Section at the same time. There are two ways to join the AICPA and the IT Section:

1.      Complete an application form and mail to the AICPA. To take advantage of an IT Section promotional offer, be sure to reference the special offer code on the application.

Non-AICPA member, non-CPA: Keep in mind that the AICPA does offer membership to qualifying non-CPAs. If you are not a CPA and would like to Join the IT Section, please complete the Non-CPA Section Associate application form and mail to the AICPA with payment. To take advantage of an IT Section promotional offer, be sure to reference your special offer code on the application.

CPAs who have a specialty focus in information technology may apply for the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) credential, which comes with a complete membership in the IT Section. For an annual dues payment of $350, CITP Credential holders gain access to all of the benefits of IT Section membership, plus exclusive CITP-only benefits like the CITP Web Seminar Series.
